RENTAL PACKAGE RATES
1. Hourly Rental $100/hour + $60 Cleaning Fee & Applicable Fees
Weekday Events | Booked 30 days in advance | Check-in 10am | Check-out 10pm | Min. 4 hour rental

2. Full Rental $700 flat rate + $60 Cleaning Fee & Applicable Fees
Weekend Events | Booked 14 days in advance | Check-in 10am | Check-out 2am

Frequently Asked Questions

– Venue viewing by appointment ONLY
– Non-refundable 50% deposit due in order to reserve date and check-in time
– $50 staging fee for pre-selected layouts.
– Cleaning Fee is MANDATORY
– Additional staff can be hired at the sole discretion of renter (i.e. caterers, florists, etc)
– $150/hr Late Fee for staying past rented time or 12am
– CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL TO booking@niche385.com
